Dear club members, our club has transitioned this year to a new app called ClubZap. In addition to our club website ClubZap will be used for all news, notifications, fixtures, results, lotto, merchandising, GDPR.

Is there any cost to members for the app?
No.

How do I register?
Registration can be via our club website. Click on "Membership" tab. You can also download our club app, ClubZap and click on "Clubhouse" tab to register. For those members who wish to subscribe to Lotto also please note that our Lotto draws will commence in April.  

What is the difference between Foireann and ClubZap?
Foireann is the official membership platform for the GAA, LGFA, Camogie, Rounders and Handball. ClubZap is an all-in-one platform for managing our club.

I have a GDPR concern?
Review the GPDR articles on ClubZap website which should cover most GDPR questions. 

Can I subscribe to another club or can someone subscribe to us?
Yes. Log into ClubZap on your phone. Click on Settings Icon (cog symbol) in the top right hand corner and click "Add new club". For further information click here.

I want to see all fixtures and results for a team
In the app, tap Games on the bottom tab.  All fixtures and results are listed there.  

How do I manage my notifications?
A push notification is a message that pops up on a mobile device. Users do not have to be logged into the app or using their devices to receive them. To customise your notifications, please log into the app and select the Settings button (cog symbol) in the top right corner.  Select Push Notifications from the menu list. The navy toggle button is a master on/off switch for all notifications, When this is on, the circle is to the right.  For further information please click here

I want to mark myself unavailable in a chat group
You may be sick, on holidays or a player may be injured etc. To indicate that you are unavailable, log into the ClubZap app, select "Chat" at the bottom of the screen, then select the appropriate chat group. When you are logged into the chat group, click on settings icon (cog symbol) at the top right hand corner and click "Set as Away".  The group admin of this chat group will be automatically notified of your absence.

How to create a chat group
A new team or chat group must first be created on the dashboard and then it can be created in the app itself. If you do not have admin privileges to do this on the dashboard, then please contact your club secretary. Click here for more information on creating chat groups.

How can I delete a chat group that I created?
Chat groups cannot be deleted only archived.

How can I record attendance at an event?
Recording attendance is only available for groups setup as teams as opposed to public/committee groups. Click here on how to change group type. For further information on attendance tracking click here.
